Most people who start Psychotherapy for Individuation feel lost in life on some level, unsure of how to find their way. It can be challenging, stressful, and chaotic to be in conflict with ourselves and the world around us. Perhaps you can relate. Maybe your creativity is nonexistent, or you know you’d be happier if you made changes, but it feels safer and more comfortable to stay the same.
Stuck in negativity and feeling trapped in someone else’s life, you may feel like life is being wasted on being unhappy.
Distressed, Distracted, and Disoriented.
Do any of the following resonate with you?
~ You feel lonely, even when you are with others.
~ You lost the joyful feelings that you used to have in life.
~ You are in a constant state of panic, and it rules your life.
~ You feel dread, fear, strange thoughts, and a pounding heart.
~ You wake up every morning feeling overwhelmed and depressed.
If these sound true for you, you might feel embarrassed to open up about what you’re really going through, even to family and friends. Therapy provides a non-judgmental space for you to talk freely about what’s bothering you. Even if you don’t believe you deserve support, you do.
It’s possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you could…
~ Have improved attitude, mood, and productivity.
~ Figure out who you are and what direction to go in next.
~ Finally, be free from years of constant anxiety and panic attacks.
~ Create a more meaningful life based on who you are and what you desire.
~ Change your life for the better.

How Individuation Works
Individuation therapy consists of 50-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. Our therapists will listen, share their thoughts when it’s helpful, and motivate you with new ideas.
First, we’ll provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles, your thoughts and feelings, your bodily sensations, your current and past relationships, your dreams, your stories, and even the stories within your stories
Through hearing your story, we will start to get a picture of what your challenges are.
We will start with helping you with immediate concerns like managing difficult emotions and challenging life situations. We might use expressive arts or sandtray for new ways of accessing the unconscious material.
We will also work to discover what your goals are in therapy and in life.
Keeping your unique goals in mind, we’ll figure out what’s needed to help you reach them.
Throughout our sessions, progress towards the life you desire is possible.
Research shows that Depth Psychotherapy can positively change your thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you let go of what’s holding you back.
